Itinerary
Guests traveling from other provinces to Ha Giang City before departure time and provided with 1 night dorm accommodation before the tour, Pai Adventure can support booking round-trip sleeper buses at different times (07:00, 12:00, 16:00, 21:00) from Hanoi and other provinces such as: Ha Long, Cat Ba, Hai Phong, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Thai Nguyen ... to Ha Giang if you need support.
07:30: Tour guide picks you up at the tour office which is also the resting place before the tour or other places in Ha Giang city if you do not gather at the tour office, tour guide disseminates information, then the group departs for breakfast and begins the tour.
09:30: Explore Cao Ma Po - a border commune with peaceful villages of Chinese people living together, this place is likened to the land of peach blossoms because people grow a lot of peaches, Cao Ma Po is especially brilliant when spring comes with hundreds of flowers blooming.

11:00: Tham Ma Slope: Also known as "Horse Appraisal Slope", the slope is famous to tourists when mentioning Ha Giang. Take panoramic photos of the slope with the highland children here.
11:30: Lunch at Pho Cao - Dong Van.
13:00: Visit Lao Xa village and learn about the silver craft. This is another beautiful village of the H'mong people located in the middle of the desert with the silver craft still preserved.

14:30: Vuong's Palace: Also known as the Meo King's House. The group will learn about the architecture, art, history, and culture of the Vuong family (Meo King's family) in particular and of the Mong people on the Stone Plateau in general.

16:00: Arrive at Lo Lo Chai village, a beautiful village of the Lo Lo people located not far from Lung Cu flagpole. Visitors walk around the village to learn about the life of the Lo Lo people here, have dinner and stay overnight in Lo Lo Chai village.

07:00: Have breakfast at the homestay and start visiting the following places:
08:00: Visit Lung Cu Flagpole - The place marking the northernmost sovereign area that everyone wants to visit once in their life.

09:30: Check in at the northernmost point, the northernmost point marking the starting point of the sacred territory of the fatherland.

13:00: The group moves to Ma Pi Leng Pass - one of the four great mountain passes of our country, admiring the panoramic view of the rocky plateau, Tu San Gorge, and Nho Que River from above.

17:30: Visit Pa Vi H'mong ethnic cultural village, check in, have dinner and stay overnight in Pa Vi village
07:00: Have breakfast at the homestay, after breakfast start exploring the destinations on the last day's itinerary.

08:00: Explore Tia Cua Si route - along with Ma Pi Leng pass, this is considered one of the most beautiful routes in Dong Van Stone Plateau with a panoramic view of the Nho Que river basin, Ma Pi Leng pass, Sam Pun range and the Vietnam-China border from above, with highlights being the peaceful villages of the H'mong people and beautiful bamboo forests. 14:30: Visit Lung Tam linen weaving village - learn about more than 40 stages of traditional linen making as well as the cultural significance of linen to the life of the H'mong community in Ha Giang.

16:00: Arrive in Ha Giang city , shower, rest at the tour office and wait for the sleeper bus to pick you up. You can choose an early bus (departing 16:30-17:00) to return during the day, or choose a night sleeper bus (departing 21:00) to depart to provinces with sleeper buses early the next morning.

Additional Information
Child Policy
Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (meals and accommodation are shared with parents; parents are responsible for the child’s needs). Each pair of adults may accompany one child for free; from the second child onward, a fee of 50% of the adult tour price applies.
Children from 5 to 9 years old: Tour price = 85% of the adult tour price (sleeping with adults, other services provided according to adult standards). Each pair of adults may accompany one child at this rate; from the second child onward, the full adult price applies.
From 10 years old and up: Tour price and service standards are the same as for adults
Surcharge Policy (if applicable)
Sleeping alone in a private room: + 400,000 VND / 1 room / 1 night
Holidays and festivals: + 100,000 VND / 1 person / 1 day
Cancellation Policy
1. Tour Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel a registered tour; however, cancellation fees will apply depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
Cancellation more than 15 days in advance (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays): 20% of the total tour price
Cancellation 8–14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
Cancellation 4–7 days before departure: 75% of the total tour price
Cancellation within 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
Note: Any fees already paid to service providers (airfare, accommodation, visa, etc.) may be non-refundable and will be deducted accordingly.
2. Tour Refunds
Any refundable amount (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation and once all required refund information has been provided.
Refund method: bank transfer or the original method of payment.
3. Tour Cancellation by the Company
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, insufficient number of participants, etc.):
The company will notify customers of the cancellation as early as possible.
Customers will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount or may choose to switch to another tour of equivalent value.
Note: The company is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer outside of the tour package (connecting flights, separately booked accommodation, etc.).
4. Service Changes
All requests for changes (departure date, replacement traveler, service upgrade, etc.) must be made at least 7 days prior to departure and may incur additional charges.
Acceptance of changes is subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers.
Additional Information
- For self-riding motorbike tour, please ensure that you have the valid 1968 International Driver’s Permit that allows you ride up to 150cc motorcycles.
- Weather information, transportation for the group, the guide who will receive the group, and additional notes for the tour itinerary will be sent 3-5 days before departure.
- From the time of tour registration to departure, if there are any incidents or changes, please report them immediately to the company or directly to the customer care staff for support and reasonable adjustments.
