Cancellation Policy
1. Tour Cancellation Policy from the Customer
Customers may cancel their registered tour; however, cancellation fees will apply depending on the time of notice prior to the departure date:

Cancellation 15 days or more before departure (excluding weekends and public holidays): 20% of the total tour price

Cancellation 8 – 14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price

Cancellation 4 – 7 days before departure: 75% of the total tour price

Cancellation within 3 days of departure or no-show: No refund
Note: Any amounts already paid to third-party service providers (such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa fees, etc.) may be non-refundable and will be deducted accordingly.
2. Tour Refund
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 – 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation and upon receipt of complete refund information.
Refund methods: by bank transfer or via the original payment method used by the customer.
3. Tour Cancellation by the Company
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, insufficient number of participants, etc.):

The company will notify the cancellation as early as possible.

Customers will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid or may choose to switch to another equivalent tour.

The company is not responsible for any other expenses booked by the customer outside the official tour program (e.g. connecting flights, separate hotel reservations, etc.).
4. Service Changes
Any request for changes (such as travel dates, participant replacement, service upgrades, etc.) must be made at least 7 days before departure and may incur additional fees.
Approval of changes is subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers.
