Tour Introduction
Itinerary
You will travel to Ha Giang 1 day before the tour. Free dorm accommodation of 1 night will be provided on the night before the tour's departure date. Pai Adventure can support booking round-trip sleeper buses (07:00, 12:00, 16:00, 21:00) to Ha Giang upon request.
08:00: The tour guide will pick you up at the tour office . Pick-up at other locations in Ha Giang city is also available. The tour guide will disseminate information, before the group has breakfast at a local restaurant and starts the tour.
08:30: Start the journey to conquer the famous terraced fields of Hoang Su Phi , passing through peaceful villages hidden under the palm trees of the Tay and Dao people.
11:00: Check in at Mam Xoi Nam Khoa hill, a new but extremely beautiful and destination, considered a new symbol of the Hoang Su Phi terraced fields.

12:00: Have lunch with a panoramic view of the raspberry hills and majestic rice fields.
13:30: Explore Nam Hong terraced fields with winding horseshoe-shaped terraced fields with stilt houses and bungalows in between.

15:00: Experience catching carp for dinner. Carps are released by locals on terraced fields to grow naturally to kill insects and improve crop quality.
16:00: Check in to the homestay in Nam Hong village, located in the middle of a cool, fresh mountain forest with a view of the vast terraced fields. Have dinner of traditional dishes of the Dao people.
07:30: Have breakfast at the homestay and start the journey to conquer other destinations in Hoang Su Phi.
09:30: Hiking to conquer Chieu Lau Thi mountain peak - 2,402m high and the 2nd highest mountain peak in Ha Giang, with just over 800m of walking to the summit. You will have the opportunity to hunt for floating seas of clouds, go through magical moss forests and learn and explore the unique flora and fauna in the high mountains.

12:00: Lunch at the foot of Chieu Lau Thi mountain.
14:30: Ban Luoc terraced fields: Admire the terraced fields stretching along Ban Luoc valley, this is the largest terraced field space in Hoang Su Phi. Ban Luoc is a seemingly endless valley with terraced fields on both sides with beautiful waterfalls.

16:00: Check in, rest, have dinner and stay overnight in Vinh Quang
07:30: Wake up and have breakfast, after breakfast start moving to Ban Phung.
14:00: Start exploring Ban Phung , home to La Chi households. Ban Phung is considered a village in the clouds and is one of the most peaceful and beautiful villages in Ha Giang. Walk around to learn about the life and culture of the people here.

12:00: Lunch in Coc Pai town
14:00: Explore the vast Suoi Thau grassland, up to several hundred hectares, where the H'mong people live and cultivate agriculture. The scenery is especially beautiful when going in the green rice season or buckwheat season with green rice fields and bright pink buckwheat fields covering a vast grassland, which is likened to the grasslands in Europe or Mongolia. Then continue moving to Bac Ha.

16:30: Arrive in Bac Ha , check in to homestay, rest, have dinner with famous Bac Ha horse hotpot specialty. After dinner, go to the night market to explore cultural activities, interact with local people and enjoy street food in Bac Ha at night.
07:30: Wake up and have breakfast at the Homestay or go down to explore Bac Ha market (every Sunday morning) - one of the largest markets in the Northwest of our country with diverse local cultural colors.
10:00: Explore Coc Sam Grass Hill - a vast green grass hill in the middle of the majestic Bac Ha plateau, interspersed with cypress trees and herds of buffalo and horses leisurely grazing. This is a destination that very few people know about in Bac Ha.

11:30: Take a boat from Bao Nhai wharf upstream Chay River , pass Tien Cave and the majestic Coc Ly Waterfall, hundreds of meters high, enjoy the mysterious tropical forest scenery on both sides of Chay River. Experience lunch on the boat.

Additional Information
Child Policy
Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (meals and accommodation are shared with parents; parents are responsible for the child’s needs). Each pair of adults may accompany one child for free; from the second child onward, a fee of 50% of the adult tour price applies.
Children from 5 to 9 years old: Tour price = 85% of the adult tour price (sleeping with adults, other services provided according to adult standards). Each pair of adults may accompany one child at this rate; from the second child onward, the full adult price applies.
From 10 years old and up: Tour price and service standards are the same as for adults
Surcharge Policy (if applicable)
Sleeping alone in a private room: + 400,000 VND / 1 room / 1 night
Holidays and festivals: + 100,000 VND / 1 person / 1 day
Cancellation Policy
1. Tour Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel a registered tour; however, cancellation fees will apply depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
Cancellation more than 15 days in advance (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays): 20% of the total tour price
Cancellation 8–14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
Cancellation 4–7 days before departure: 75% of the total tour price
Cancellation within 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
Note: Any fees already paid to service providers (airfare, accommodation, visa, etc.) may be non-refundable and will be deducted accordingly.
2. Tour Refunds
Any refundable amount (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation and once all required refund information has been provided.
Refund method: bank transfer or the original method of payment.
3. Tour Cancellation by the Company
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, insufficient number of participants, etc.):
The company will notify customers of the cancellation as early as possible.
Customers will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount or may choose to switch to another tour of equivalent value.
Note: The company is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer outside of the tour package (connecting flights, separately booked accommodation, etc.).
4. Service Changes
All requests for changes (departure date, replacement traveler, service upgrade, etc.) must be made at least 7 days prior to departure and may incur additional charges.
Acceptance of changes is subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers.
Additional Information
- For self-riding motorbike tour, please ensure that you have the valid 1968 International Driver’s Permit that allows you ride up to 150cc motorcycles.
- Weather information, transportation for the group, the guide who will receive the group, and additional notes for the tour itinerary will be sent 3-5 days before departure.
- From the time of tour registration to departure, if there are any incidents or changes, please report them immediately to the company or directly to the customer care staff for support and reasonable adjustments.
